Do you ship?

As shipping rates vary through cities/provinces, we have a flat rate of $20 however any overcharges will be refunded immediately after your package is sent out. You can message us directly with your postal code to get a more accurate shipping quote.

Please be advised Precision Party Co. does not resume any responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they've left our facility. All replacement or return charges are the customers responsibility.

Where do I pick up my order?

Once your product is complete, we will arrange a date, time and location with you.

What is your turnaround for orders?

It really depends on the order but usually it wouldn't be more than 1-2 weeks. We ask that you please give as much notice as possible as we are a small company and at times get very busy. Orders are on a first come first serve basis.

What is your return policy?

All custom gifts and keepsakes are final sale as every item always requires your art approval prior to production. However, if there is an issue with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is your glassware dishwasher/microwave safe?

We use high quality, permanent vinyl but do recommend to hand wash your keepsake as after time, heat can start to wear down the adhesive.
